"TermOne Plus" is a terminal emulator application for Android devices. It provides users with a built-in shell and a range of shell commands to manage files and directories, retrieve information on running processes and network status, utilize package and application manager capabilities, and capture screen shots.

The application supports multiple terminal windows, each initiating its own console session with a default built-in shell. It emulates various terminal types including vt100, screen, linux, screen-256color, xterm, and xterm-256color. It also supports UTF-8 console text mode by default, enabling users to fully utilize textual interfaces in remote login programs such as SSH connections. Users can customize the terminal screen with color schemes like "Dark Pastels," "Solarized Light," "Solarized Dark," and "Linux Console," as well as adjust the text size.

Terminal sessions utilize a "shell start-up script" that allows users to modify environment settings, add shell functions or command aliases, and even paste scripts obtained from content providers.

Additionally, the application provides ease of use features such as automatically opening URLs with their respective "view" activities when tapped. Users can also request "Wake" and "Wi-Fi" locks if needed.

The user interface of "TermOne Plus" is based on material design principles, offering icons and colors consistent with this design language. It incorporates a navigation drawer as the main menu and supports both light and dark theme modes. Users can create launcher shortcuts (Android short-cut widgets) for specific commands or shell scripts, and the built-in file selector (file explorer) can be easily accessed by other applications for file picking.

"TermOne Plus" is the successor to the excellent but no longer maintained "Terminal Emulator for Android", dating back to 2015. This new application features a rewritten user interface, improved compatibility and portability, enhanced stability, bug fixes, and localization enhancements. As a result, it works flawlessly with recent Android releases, including Android 12. Furthermore, it maintains the same functionality and appearance when used on older devices running outdated versions like Gingerbread (2.3).
